January Reading Challenge - Jam Jar January with Books and Munches

Happy New Year, everyone! I can't believe 2019 is already here. This year has been the longest, hardest year of my life, but I learned a lot of things about life, about myself, and about the strength to carry on. My advice to you is this. Take care of yourself first and foremost. No one is going to do it for you, loves. I love all of you and may this year bless you and yours with everything you need and everything that will benefit you in the long run. I read 40 books this year, so that was a great achievement on my part. This year I'm upping the ante and not only am I upping the number of books to read (50 books!), but I'm also participating in the monthly read-a-thons hosted by Books and Munches. January's theme is Jam Jar January, where you put all of the books you wanted to read in 2018 and put them in a jar (or in my case a Harry Potter mug I received as a holiday gift) and pick some out. Five Fandom Friday ~ Guilty Pleasures

So I fully intended to have another post up before this. I swear I did...but the Boyfriend got his desk in and needed help putting it together, and then we worked on his homework (coding!), and then we cleaned the game room/office and I reclaimed my desk! I finished my nerdy bulletin boards and put up a shelf and began filling that shelf with various nerdy nick nacks and then I started making a list of frames I need to buy for various posters and then it was time for my homework, dinner, and donkey kong! Hey everyone! Sorry for being gone for a bit. Work/school/life got super hectic and annoying...-_- BUT now I'm back and I have the next few week's blog posts figured out already. I'm a step ahead already. MUAHAHAHA .... Sorry I've been up all night and have only slept for like four hours. Anyways this week's 5 Fandom Friday is about my top 5 favorite podcasts, which is awesome! However, I'm relatively new to the podcasting thing, so I have three favorite podcasts and two I want to check out. Here we go. So Witches BrewHaHa is a Pagan podcast that has podfaded unfortunately. Velma Nightshade, the hostess, is funny and it is extremely informative for beginners (a.k.a. me) and experienced alike. I'm almost caught up to when it stopped being produced and am kind of dreading approaching the end. Still really enjoyable. I really like this podcast. Its produced by How Stuff Works and is really interesting. What really makes this podcast is the dialog bet...
